The Next Chapter for HighCall VA

To our clients, our partners, and every member of the HighCall VA family, I want to begin the way I always try to begin: with thank you.

When Lester and I started HighCall VA, we had one vision. To build something meaningful. Not just a company, but a place where people grow, feel valued, and make a real impact. That vision was never about us. It was about the two sides of this work that make HighCall VA possible: the U.S. medical practices who trust us with their patients and their operations, and
the Filipino healthcare professionals who show up every day to serve them with skill and heart.

Today, I'm proud to share the next chapter of that story.

HighCall VA is stepping into a refreshed identity, a new look, new colors, and a renewed standard behind everything we do. This is not just a new design. It is a promise.

A promise that we will keep raising our standards.

A promise that we will keep supporting and empowering the team behind every call, every task, every client relationship.

A promise that we will keep becoming better, stronger, and more united.

We're calling this season of growth Pag-uswag, a Filipino word that means to grow, to rise, to move forward. But pag-uswag is not something we do
alone. It means moving forward together, bringing everyone beside us as we grow: our clients, our VAs, our leaders, our partners.

None of this would mean anything without the people who show up. To every VA who stayed, who remained loyal, and who continues to believe in what we're building: you are not just part of HighCall VA. You complete it.

The most important letters in our name are VA, because without you, there is no HighCall VA.

And to our clients and partners: thank you for trusting us with work that matters. That trust is not something we take lightly, and it is exactly what this new chapter is built to honor.

This is not just my journey, or even HighCall VA's journey. It is ours, together.

This is just the beginning.
